Безопасен ли darkstarllc.com?

Have a hard time believing claims of bad customer support. Will provide proof of just the opposite. Start out by saying that they have given me probably the best experience with any ventrilo , or any server company to date. I Have been with many ventrilo providers in the past : Nationvoice : Great support but continued to raise their prices until there was no point of staying. Still the best reseller IMO. NRGServers : Died overnight with no warning to any clients MakeAvoice : Decided to stop their ventrilo license with no warning to customers Maxfrag : Great prices but quite literally tried to steal money from me (gave no warning on an upcoming invoice and auto charged my bank account). Refused a refund and threatened to take more if I filed a complaint with paypal and my CC company. Of course this was an empty threat and got my money back after a few weeks. Seems to be run primarily by under 18's. Now onto darkstar. Been with them for about 8 months now for only ventrilo. Easily 99.9% uptime. Have not had my server down for more then 15 minutes. I first contacted them before ordering to ask for a demo display of their control panel. Got a response within 20 minutes giving me everything I had asked for. Control panel is very professionally setup , easy to navigate and has many features I have never seen with other providers. Now onto just last week when I ran into some major/minor issues. Sent in a support ticket with a "low" priority warning. Recieved a response to it within 5 minutes (proof in pictures below check time stamps). Everything was solved in just over a day , could have been solved in under an hour but I was slow on my part.
