For an organisation this size it's hard to believe they can offer downloads which are clearly full of viruses and spyware, lesser known sites are better than this like freewarebb.com

I use this website a lot when I am looking for something particular. I have heard of viruses being in some of the downloads, but luckily never encountered one myself. It's a great website but do to some of the comments about viruses, then I say use at your own risk. I am sure they strive to make sure all their downloads and links are clean, but sometimes things happen. I wouldn't blame this website IF something happened just because I am sure they don't mean for it to. Anytime you download things from any website you take that chance. Sometimes viruses are attached to the links themselves and not the actual downloaded content, so it really isn't anyone's fault besides the person attaching the virus to the link or content. Anyway I have used this website for over 12 years now and I love it.

I find this site very safe to download from but beware what programs you download they still may contain a virus or spyware/malware don't trust a vendor you haven't heard of that's my advice. Do some homework first before downloading program's your not sure about. That's my advice. Take it or leave it.
