Безопасен ли duplicatekiller.com?

I recommend that you do NOT buy products or services from this company. My experience with this company's product, DuplicateKiller, and their customer service department, was completely unsatisfactory. I found their staff to be hostile, demeaning, and lacking any semblance of professional behaviour. After upgrading to a new computer and re-installing Microsoft Office, I discovered that this company's Outlook add-in, DuplicateKiller, would no longer work despite the fact that I was using the same version of Windows and the same version of Microsoft Outlook. The product would not allow re-activation, their website would not allow re-activation, and when reached by phone their customer service staff would not re-activate the product. In other words, they were demanding an upgrade even though I did not require the new features in their upgrade product. When asked to provide documentation justifiying their outreageous behavior, they refused. Life is too short to have to put up with the aggravation of dealing with companies such as this. Buyer beware.
