Несмотря на то, что я **прошёл полную kyc и aml-проверку**, включая: - заграничный паспорт - селфи с паспортом - подтверждение адреса - видеозапись с демонстрацией доступа к кошельку и историей транзакций - переписку с получателем, подтверждающую цель перевода (приватное реинвестирование) …и несмотря на официальное подтверждение завершения верификации, **easybit заморозил мои средства без объяснений, отчёта или сроков разрешения ситуации**. --- ### Список выявленных нарушений: 1. **Отсутствие юридических данных компании** на сайте и в политике конфиденциальности easybit **не указаны ни юридическое наименование, ни юрисдикция, ни регистрационный номер, ни адрес**. Это прямое **нарушение статьи 13 gdpr** и **статьи 11 amld ес**. 2. **Отсутствие лицензии** easybit не раскрывает наличие **vasp-лицензии или какой-либо регистрации**, несмотря на предоставление регулируемых услуг (обмен, верификация и др.). Once you make the deposit, they start creating the drama of validation, and they start asking for your ID, like your passport and other Government ID proofs. Поменял около 50к в юсд,но заблокировали 0.04 btc 3k в юсд,ранее проходил проверку по документам,просят SOF,а так же запись экрана с кошелька,все мозги выносят,ужасный обменник,говорят у меня высокий амл но он не больше 30 процентов,не в коем случае не оставляйте им свои данные.

Будьте готовы проходить проверку KYC - загружать все данные, так как это стандартная практика, даже если ваша криптовалюта чистая. Обменник зарабатывает деньги таким оброзом, он обманнывает людей, не предоставляет никаких доказательств. Вы не получите поддержку на сайте, так как онлайн чат только для вида, так что решение вашей проблемы может затянуться до недели и месяцев. По ошибке прислал с другой биржи на обмен токен с другим адресом контракта. Пока поддержка пыталась понять что произошло — прошло больше часа. По итогам мне сообщили, что готовы вернуть монету, но нужно записать на телефон(!) как я захожу в свой кошелек, открываю отправленную транзакцию, и прислать это видео в поддержку. На мои возражения о том, что монета была отправлена с другого обменника, и что я никоим образом не смогу записать им это видео, так как кошелек, с которого были отправлены средства — изначально был не моим — мне сказали, что передали мою заявку в "старшую команду", которая свяжется со мной в течение нескольких часов. Спустя 6 часов я не получаю никакой реакции на почту, пишу снова в поддержку, а со мной начинают разговаривать так, будто бы я обменником никогда не пользовался, и переписка поддержке не видна. В общем, возможно этим обменником можно пользоваться, если вы уверены, что вы 100% делаете все правильно. Если вдруг что-то случится, то будьте готовы потратить свое время пока "старшая команда" выяснит можно ли вам сделать возврат на другой кошелек. Хорошо, что сумма у меня была небольшая, теперь буду обходить этот обменник стороной.
