I wanted to take a moment to tell all of you how satisfied I am with my switch to Ebookit. I had an eBook published with Book Baby in 2013 (one of Ebookit's competitors) and when I went to upload a revision last year (2015) the conversion was a nightmare. It became obvious to me that Book Baby's service had become sub par. I suffered through ten days of conversion mistakes and other errors to the point where I thought I was working for them, not the reverse. Their fee structure was fair and their digital epub conversion was a dream. They are highly talented and their epub conversion was very simple. What I like best about them is their personal attention to detail. Questions are handled both personally and promptly. I have just published my second eBook with them a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. I have found a new home for my book series. Without question this is a company that I highly recommend. Appears to be a good site. I was referred to it from a help chat at ***** They got a good review at ***** I didn't do business with ebookit.com, but they look like a good site, have 2 good reviews on WOT, and I have no clue where the bad rating came from.
