DON’T TRUST E-COST!!!! SHIPPED WRONG PRODUCT, WOULD NOT REFUND SHIPPING. They shipped the small form factor when the site clearly show Mini Tower.

DON'T TRUST E-COST!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHIPPED WRONG PRODUCT - HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I purchased a product, they shipped the wrong thing. A month later I am still fighting to get a refund.

scam, phishing! they send you outrageous sales that are not real, deals to good to be true and when you click on the sale you have to pay $40.00 to join, so you pay and every time the sale comes up the so called items are sold.

I received a defective item and I had to call many times to get a RMA and one of the times I called to let them know I was having issues with their service and he laughed. I didn't think there was anything funny about that.

Do not trust these people. They deceive you all around.

Shipped me defective items and refused to replace them or refund me my money. Had to sue them in order to get my money back.

Bait/switch will ship wrong item, hard to get refund. Google "eCost wrong item" and see for yourself!

Looking for computer cases when I happened upon a pic/title of a limited edition case (usually $800+), but when I researched the product #, it was an entirely different case.

Do not trust these people! They regularly ship the wrong product, ship out defective products, and then pins the blame solely on the customer. I'm honestly surprised there hasn't been a class action lawsuit against this company.
