Not only is this a legitime site, it's prices are awesome too! I have used it twice so far to order contact lenses (the same type as the one as I was previously buying from my local optician). I paid half (!!) the money I was paying before, and the lenses are exactly the same. In terms of service, europtix excels. The delivery was super fast and the service is excellent (all my questions were answered promptly, and they helped me create a new account on their web site)
