Extremely bad customer service experience. Tried to contact them twice by e-mail contact provided. They generate an automatic response ad promise a detailed explanation within 24 hours. Guess what: NEVER HAPPENED!!!
Phone service also bad: count yourself lucky if get through under 20 minutes. Phone staff trained to pass the buck to the actual vendor (Airline/Hotel).
Have used them in the past a couple of times and had to establish a NEW account every time to see flight details. Now cant even do that since my account is declared inactive but my e-mail address is already assigned.
