Facebook must also show that the violation is real and provable. Otherwise, it will appear that Facebook is using the alleged violation to practice arbitrary and unjust discrimination and engage in a wrongful denial of access. Facebook systematically violates the provisions of its terms of use policy by failing to satisfactorily demonstrate how said terms of service provisions were violated. Facebook arbitrarily and wrongfully disables accounts of those who dare to disagree with Facebook censors.

Sells and share this data to the world. Frequently change privacy policy without prior advice, effectively making public what was previously private. Won't let parents have the accounts of their children closed as long as children are 13, in violation of most countries laws that state that parents have authority. Serious privacy issues with faces recognition system as well. Facebook is evil.

A few weeks back a gaming group that has lots of kids on it was spammed with ads for sex toys. I personally reported the post and the response was that it was deemed to be acceptable. I know facebook allows advertising, but surely adult toys on a gaming group with mostly kids cannot be deemed acceptable?
