Format Factory ist eine sehr gute Konverter-Software.
Ein Minus gibt es für die ungefragt installierte Ask Toolbar.
Läßt sich zwar wieder deinstallieren, aber es ist lästige und überflüssige Arbeit.

I upgraded to v2.7, and in this version they install the ***** toolbar junk WITHOUT giving us an option not to install it!

Just decided to re-install this and to see if they had removed the banner links to malware sites within their software. Instead they have cunningly programmed the install setup to allow you to press 'Finish' before it's finished installing, thereby forcing people to install ***** addons and files - it fails to respond and thus skips the ***** installation screen to then go ahead and install it anyway.
It hijacked my browser, changed my homepage, installed added items in my registry and also had the audacity to install Ask.com's files within the Program folders. MALWARE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Link within previous version (a banner for an flv downloader product) lead to the installation of malware. Do not click on any of the banners. Because of this it's an exponent of malware distribution.

Horrible looking website/design, makes the program look like a rouge or virus, but the program itself is great and clean!

Installed two toolbars without my knowlege or consent.

Great software. No virus. Ask toolbar is an optional install. But it does install another advertising toolbar without consent.

After a full scan with Microsoft's "OneCare safety scanner", it found "TrojanClicker:Win32/Yabector.A" in the Format Factory file "C:\WINDOWS\Installer\58f8ed.msi".

I'm using this software for years now and suddenly, Microsoft Security Essentials found the trojan "TrojanClicker:Win32/Yabector.B" in the installer but not in the installed software
