Безопасен ли fortacloud.co?

I orderd a "free" virtual private server for 0.5$ didont get any instructions how it works it took me a week to make it work i needed java. next month they charge me between 30-40$ i open a ticket cost 5.55$ requesting an explication becous they say that thay bill you on wath you use and not only that its not mention on the site but in the faq they billed me continueslee. Wen i open the ticket they terminate my service... all good i pay it but after 6 monts they charge me for 6 monts of service and fully remove my service. and after 2 more monts they reenable my service and continiu to charge me the 0.5$ a month i open a nother ticket payed 5.55$ and requested a cancel and then they canncel my service for good. Allso the vps is real but you dont have the os installed and you need java for the display platform to work.

Do not trust. They sell service that seems to work but does not. They have hidden charges that are not in the Terms of Service. They charge for "support" to fix things they break. Very Very poor. This is a money-pit. I have had service for a week (as of 4-14-15). They keep trying to up-sell and tell me to open more support cases which cost. Stay away. They even want me to pay to open a support incident to cancel service. Horrible. Fraud. Scam. Someone please shut them down.

Tried their "free" VPS. Ends up not being free because of the maintenance fee of $0.50. Not bad, will try it anyways. Oh, but then there's another $0.61 fee for paying via PayPal. Ok, over $1 per month, but still not bad. Oh, it doesn't actually work. Ok, that sucks. Hmmm, let's open a support ticket to let them know it's not working. Oh, $5 per support ticket. To hell with them, cancel paypal subscription. Months later find out they're invoicing me for every month. Open support ticket letting them know it never worked and I wouldn't be paying....$5 fee, no response to cancellation request. Cancellation through website doesn't work unless you're all paid up, which I'm not going to do since it never worked in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

I was happy to see someone reasonable, but it seems they are so good to be true! I have signed up for free VPS to give their service a shot, however, the VPS never ever came up!. I tried to open a ticket and found out that I have to pay $5.00 to let them know that their VPS is not loading. I was so mad, I couldn't believe it that they would be scam or maybe fake control panel. Never deal with them.
