I also filed a complaint with the BBB and Toyota of America headquarters not because they told me to wait 17 days for a key but because the owner became upset and used a veiled threat against me. Original post: I bought a used car from Toyota of Frankfort but it only had one key. I told the salesman I won't buy a car with one key so they promised they would get me a second key but after a week, nothing. I went down there to find out when they would give me a second key and the owner got mad at me and told me to wait another ten days. Very strange service in my opinion. I would not recommend them to a friend. I also had a problem with their service department. Their master mechanic replaced my timing belt, water pump and serpentine belts on my 2004 Solera but failed to properly tension the longer serpentine belt. copy of his response; Response from the owner 3 hours ago Rick, I'm surprised to see your review!!! I don't feel we deserve your review based on we were only trying to help you get the key. In order for me to truly justify your review maybe I don't need to assist you in getting the additional key.
