Free n'active pas par défaut Internet+, cette arnaque, attention, si vous l'avez activé par mégarde, tant pis pour vous, aucun moyen de revenir en arrière, même s'il promette qu'il existe une démarche compliqué, un mauvais point par rapport aux autres opérateurs malgré l'option activé par défaut chez la concurrence.

Leur SAV est tellement exécrable que même si cela m'oblige à payer plus cher, je crois que je vais les quitter. Il arrive un moment où trop c'est trop. Harcèlement postal depuis plusieurs années malgré de nombreuses réclamations et plainte CNIL. Le harcèlement sur mon numéro de fixe (en liste ROUGE) est arrêté pour l'instant. A fuir.

Dommage Free. Tes offres sont en général très alléchantes, et ne nous prennent pas pour des pigeons ou des réserves à fric. J'ai moi même un abonnement mobile tout illimité chez toi. Dommage donc. Le bridage de certains sites sur ton offre Internet et la qualité de ton réseau 3G/4G/H encore trop inégale, surtout en province ternissent ce beau tableau. Mais j'ai confiance, je pense que ça n'ira qu'en s'améliorant. Free reste l'opérateur qui est venu poser ses très grosses couilles sur la table des tarifs du trio des opérateurs Internet/Téléphone/Mobile, jusque lors tout puissant en france : SFR/Orange/Bouygues.
