I placed an order based upon info from Deal News, which is usually reliable. The site said they had batteries which were mislabeled "Heavy Duty" but which they claimed were "Alkaline". Because this was listed on Deals News, I trusted that the claims made by the site were true, and placed an order for 192 AAA batteries, and what was supposed to be an ALUMINUM RFID blocking wallet. 20 minutes after placing the order, I sent an email cancelling the order for the batteries based upon comments left on the Deal News site, saying the batteries were if fact ONLY Heavy Duty, NOT Alkaline. I got an email asking to confirm cancellation of the entire order. I immediately emailed back "YES. Cancel the order." The NEXT DAY, a package arrived which I didn't recognize but was way too small to be 192 batteries plus a wallet. I opened it to find 32 AAA batteries, not 192, and a PLASTIC wallet, which would in no way block RFID. At this point, I am waiting for a return label, which I will use to return ALL of this S@#!. I cannot imagine ANYONE getting an honest deal from these "people".

Small operation does a lot of business for their size and very active online marketing. Very good prices. Located in the Midwest. Most of their best deals are with refurbished items, I've found, but they are clear about that. I've bought items from them for over 6 years and have also recommended them to friends and family. Plus as a purchaser for my workplace I've bought from them, too.
