This is a good site... The only reason it has been recognized as spam is because of some of the people hosting there own free website with 000webhosting, I use this service and haven't had any issues with it. It is not fair to say this site is spam, They do spam and mal-ware checks to prevent it and punish who shares it, Any site could be dangerous but as humans we trust that it isn't and hope we don't find a virus...

While not everyone on this domain might be fair, I would like to note that since I host my website with them for now, I haven't had any privacy issues with them. And I am not a spammer, etc. I do know that 000webhost has been trying to cut down on the spamming issue as teach new site created must go through a review process. So while in the past, this domain may have provided users with malicious content, I'd advise people to just be careful as there are numerous people on the domain.
