Безопасен ли hostpapa.ca?

I have 2 sites with them (since 2010) and have had hacking issues.  I just had one of them shut down due to turning my web site in a phishing site. They said it was just me, but I've heard contradictions to that.  In 2012 they had a major breach; I reported suspicious activities in Apr 2014 - and never heard back. On numerous occasions when I called for support it has been close to 2 days before a response and 99% of the time they would tell me it was my issue or a product I used (thru them as part of site setups) and it was NOT an issue they dealt with as my host server!!
