I have no technical knowledge therefore can not say anything about Hostwinds servers, network. These guys are willing to walk not just an extra mile but five more miles with you. We had problems with domain transfer, but their IT guy has been very patient with us. He simply didn't quit until our problems had been resolved.

I am impressed by their Network uptime. Speed connection is also perfect. Customer service is top notch! When through the "Live Chat" and "Skype" options on the Hostwinds web page and their Representative responded within the minute. He walked me through and helped me sold my problem very quickly. Support is good - ticket system works well. I have been very happy with their courteous, consistent, and FAST customer service.

I could not have succeeded without Hostwinds technical support staff. In over 10 years of marketing on the Internet, I have never encountered technical support of this caliber. The network uptime is great. These guys are pros and speak volumes about this host.

I switched to Hostwinds 1.5 years ago and their support team is very professional and helpful. If they can't get a resolution to my problem right away, they escalate the ticket to a higher level, and they always get it fixed. I have reached out to them at least 5 times already & each time my issue was fixed. They will even modify your .htaccess file if you are not comfortable doing so.

Highly Recommended! Hostwinds is a stable host, and affordable and their promised 99.9% uptime is correct. I wish they had more payment options. Bitcoin for example as I had to use my credit card when I'd prefer to use Bitcoin. Hope they will add that soon. They are good for running any kind of web sites, taking into account the abundance of useful features included in their hosting packages.

I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call. I really hope the rest of the support team is like this.

If you want web hosting that uses state-of-the-art servers and is supported by an experienced technical support team, give Hostwinds a try and see for yourself. Support is usually great, my only complain is that the original average support response time of 10 minutes is now more like 30-40 minutes. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced!
