They now have a fake customer service thing that pops up with a useless robot that pretends to help you and then just blindly forwards you to an ad for getting computer help. Disgusting.

Lori Kaufman is clueless. He/she writes an article "How to make Windows 10 look and act more like windows 7". This is pure deception. It makes people think that the problem with Windows 10 is the LOOKS, when in reality it is NOT the LOOKS, but the multiple violations of your PRIVACY. Sorry geek is not paying me so you will have to do your own research but here are a couple of hints about things you should be concerned about:
1. Cortana
2. Built in virus called keylogging- yes they log your keystrokes
So, while Lori has you playing tidliwinks with the GUI, Microsoft is spying on your every move. And thats just the beginning!
