I have an HP pavillion and boy isn't it hot, but otherwise the hard drives of HP computers are really really strong and reliable. Same could be applied to this website. Simple design, user-friendly, easy to navigate. Safe.

I have pc's by hp. 3 by Compaq (the same) and 1 by hp. they do great. but only ONE problem. they have a very fragile power supply. but good pc's though.

Customer support simply does not exist. Drivers are usually up to 600 Mb !!! and take hours to... fail installation 90% of the time and there's virtually no support except "see forum", reboot your devices or retry. I will not buy from HP anymore.

HP Firmenseite, übersichtlich Menüstruktur. Eingebauter Onlineshop und was wirklich auch bemerkenswert ist, dass es Anleitungen zum Aufbau der Produkte gibt (zu Reperaturzwecken).

HP has some of the best laptops and the price is quite OK too. I just wished they would updated their drivers more frequently, often, the hardware manufacturer offer driver updates or their specific parts weeks before HP will finally include them on their website.

Ordered two fully equipped desktop PCs. One arrived with a defective part, and days later called HP to have it replaced. Phone tech kept raising the bar, in effect saying HP would not act no matter what. And I've never been insulted in my life, even being called names. Another try using HP's tech chat was polite, a welcome change, and a remedy was promised, but afterwards nothing was ever done. Almost $3,000 spent, and can't get HP to replace a $15 part, and I'm willing to do the installation and return the original part if need be.

Highly recommend HP, especially the business models and ENVY laptops. HP systems for the home and the office, their service is unbeatable.
