I searched for "how to crop a video in movie maker" (Windows Movie Maker) and they said that what i need to do is to download different editing software called Filmora. There are a number of complaints floating around about iSkysoft video converter, and from my experience they ring true. The product doesn't always fulfill what it claims to, and several folks I know have purchased it and received the wrong product, and then charged more to "fix" the problem. The classic bait and swtitch. Also, this company has a pretty bad reputation doing aggressive, false, and misleading advertising, such as using the names of competitors, eg VLC, Handbrake, and Mplayer to hook users in and then redirect them to their product instead. There are much better free alternatives that do not utilize such practices, such as MEncoder, Handbrake, MPEG Streaclip, ffmpeg, Any video converter, etc. Avoid this.
