This site enables the thumbs-up/thumbs-down and similar images on the buttons of Urban Dictionary. If you use NoScript, it is safe to enable it. Note that the rating system WILL WORK without it, BUT there will be no images on the buttons (so you will probably have no idea what you are clicking on).
