Do not shop here! Once you buy something there they will have your payment detail, then they will make you automatically a VIP member and charged you 39.95EUR every month without your consensus. The only confirmation email I had was for the purchase that I actually did. The 'agreement' to join VIP membership lied in the terms and conditions, which in general you will not read it through... Every monthly they will send you an email to tell you 'You have store credit', which you will think it is an advertisement. But indeed they did charge you so you have store credit... If you want to quit, you will need to call them or write a letter to them. It can be a pain in the ass..

Ce site n'est pas très clair et vous inscrit à son "programme VIP" lors du premier achat si vous ne lisez pas les petites lignes. Il faut les appeler pour se désinscrire, sinon ils prélèvent 40 euros sur votre compte chaque mois alors que vous n'avez pas donné d'autorisation de prélèvement. J'ai dû aller porter plainte et faire opposition à ma CB pour être tranquille. Même chose sur le site Fabletics, géré par la même entreprise...

This site is a scam. If you buy something, they automatically take €40 euros from your account every month. How can they continue to do business scamming millions of people? This is really Robin Hood in the inverse!! And why is the rating only orange in WOT and not red??

On the front page the website states that if you don't make a purchase or log in from the 1st to the 5th of every month to "Skip the Month" then you will be charged $39.95 for a member credit until canceled. Should this happen to you, call ***** to cancel the action.While they do state this true statement, it's still pretty shady to force its members to log onto the site every month just to cancel an enforced 40 dollar fee. They deliver on their promise but still, it'd be best if you buy your stuff and delete the account afterwards to prevent the charge from happening (should you not wish to buy shoes from the site for a long period.)

I have bought one pair of shoes thus far and LOVED them; they were the right size, good quality, and they arrived quickly. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET CHARGED MONTHLY! You just to go to "my boutique" in your account and choose to "skip the month" within the first 5 days of each month in order to not get charged $39.95. This is no secret. They e-mail you about this detail when you first sign up. It's not their fault if you forget to go onto your account! Even if you do get charged, that money goes towards store credit and each credit is worth one pair of shoes (at price of $39.95 of course, which 99% of their shoes are).

One day, the number of Internet domains used for SPAM extensively exceed the number of useful internet domains, like the number of SPAM received which represents 90% of e-mails that are received in the world! Maybe they've updated the site since other people on here used it, but I didn't find the terms confusing at all, and it states (at least when I signed up about a month ago) on the homepage that you'd be entered into a monthly subscription. It's like Audible- you pay a monthly subscription, and if you don't make a purchase, you get a credit- it isn't a fee for "nothing" if you don't buy something. I don't know what the site looked like beforeI joined, but I don't think it's unclear at all, and frankly I like the site; it's also super easy to skip a month- about two clicks in the Android app (and I did so yesterday). Love my new shoes too. Maybe check out the site again, and see if it's different and they made things clearer, otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, you really need to take responsibility for your own actions.

After making initial purchase you are automatically elevated to VIP status and are required to make monthly payments which is not CLEARLY made known before the initial purchase. Young children could easily be misled as well as adults.This was my experience and it took many phone disputes to be removed from their customer base. A purchase of two pairs of boots would have cost me their price over and over each month even without any additional purchases just for receiving their monthly emails in which they claim a "stylists: selects shoe styles for me to choose from. Being capable of selecting my own choice of shoe styles I found this totally uneeded and unwanted especially at a monthly fee of almost $40.00! Beware!!
