Безопасен ли kinguin.net?

I bought a steam account with a key inside (black mith wukong-order SX466AA5C160) after 2 weeks it was taken away, I can't log in anymore, they changed email and password probably via recovery email, the support is useless (probably bots) in 3 weeks and about twenty messages they asked me the same 2 things several times, only wasting time but not solving anything, they are on the side of the thieving merchant, obviously it is convenient for both of them to resell the same account many times.. do not buy steam accounts if you also do not want to waste money and time with the support.

Customer support: Never answer, after even after their 48 hours “SLA” – They said ist 24/7 ready to answer Chatbot: Never has any agent, since it started! Paid with bitcoin: Order gets cancelled, i never received the product. Opened a ticket: the preferred solution was Replacement of Key, they gave me back 11 Euro to “KINGUIN BALANCE”, and you CANNOT SPENT IT ALL IN THE CART, ONLY THE HALF OF THE PRICE, Its the biggest scammer website in the world. I begging you if you don’t want to waste your money, avoid this polish scammer website!

Purchased a £45 key for a Switch game that turned out to be invalid. Requested a refund to my original payment method and they made me contact Nintendo Support myself in order to validate if the key is infact invalid. Whilst mid enquiry with Nintendo they randomly refunded me the money as a Kinguin giftcard, despite reassuring me that I will get a refund. I’m now in the process of fighting to get my money back into my original payment method.

Vorsicht abgelaufene Keys!!! Ich hatte hier einen Key für ein Spiel erworben und direkt mit Paypal bezahlt. Den hatte ich auch pünktlich erhalten.Bis dahin alles gut,(dachte ich) bis ich merkte das dieser bereits vergeben war. Zuerst wendete ich mich an den Support von Kinguin und dann befolgte ich alle Anweisungen korrekt, jedoch als ich auf den sende Button klickte stand jedes mal „versuche es später, senden nicht möglich“.Als ich dann über Paypal den Händler mitteilte, das es nicht funktionierte ging dieser nicht darauf ein. Ich bekam jetzt auch noch eine Nachricht von Paypal das der Fall zu Gunsten des Händlers entschieden wurde, da er ja einen Sendebeleg nachweisen konnte, (also egal ob abgelaufen oder nicht!)Ich kann von diesem Händler nur abraten, zumal das hier meine erste Bestellung war und auch die letzte!

IMPORTANT , NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL ID AND DOCS TO THIS SITE JUST BECCAUSE IN CASE THEY WILL GET HACKED YOUR IDENTITY WILL BE REVELEAD TO THE ENTIRE WORLD BY INTERNET. THE FUNNY THING IS THAT THEYR WEBSITE IS NOT LEGAL. SAME PROBLEMS , PRICE TO EVERYTHING TOO MUCH HIGH... ...JUST THE NET ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO OPERATE... BTW , JUST WONDERING WHY FBI OR INTERPOOL NOT CLOSE THESE DISCUTIBLES ACTIVITY ON THE NET. A WAR VERSUS MEGAUPLOAD AND THESE SCAMS SITES ARE AGAIN ALIVE ?

I Pre-ordered a game from kinguin it was at a nice price at the time so I bought it back in February. So the game finally comes out this month, I get my keys I was like that is cool. So I noticed one of my keys was missing for some of the pre-order items. So I contacted their support team waited over a week for a response nothing happen. So I had to tell them on twitter about my ticket it took them 2 additional days to get my ticket. So they pretty much said those items weren't in the pre-order. So I start looking through their site and found out they are selling my pre-ordered items for 7 bucks more..... So I do not recommend this site because they will lie to you to make an extra 7 bucks.

I bought GTA V gift from them for price 46€. Three months later steam revoked this game because there was problem with payment for this gift. Now there is no proof in my account I owned a game so I will never see my 46€. Thanks for stolen gift kinguin.
