I had a bad experience when purchasing a item made by credit card but they can't delivered because out of stock.
If you come across this incident: 1. It is difficult to find the contact information. 2. Only the email given in your inbox (A Transaction been made). 3. If you ever find some information, it doesn't work with emails undelivered. 3. The customer service is bad. 4. Already almost a month No refund.
i received item within 24 hours of payment, good price and good customer expeerience...surprised by the low rating..the email however is horrendous, spams like mad, may want to unsubscribe from them if you dont want spamming
There is nothing wrong with this site.
I made an order on Jan 28th evening and the parcel arrived on the 30th. They even used GD Express service for the parcel.
Still, customer experience would differ with each other.
