Безопасен ли lyricsmode.com?

Is this hosted in Russia? It is currently plugging a page which has nothing to do with music and everything to do with justifying the Russian invasion of the Ukraine. Unless there is a song called "Crimea is part of Russia now" I do fail to see the relevance of this to music. There is no hate-speech or discrimination - but this appeared out of the blue and it has nothing whatsoever to do with song lyrics - it's just political polemic. Also, i have discovered links to You-Tube from the left side of the page are completely safe - but another, more prominent, link to a music download site allowing you to listen to the song while reading the lyrics was blacked by my AV software as it links to a site known to download malware. I have raised this point with LM site admins but have had no reply. While i like this site and would advise "proceed with caution", it also gets slower and slower to load as a session proceeds and has eventually crashed Windows Vista.

I didn't get a virus (due also to protection) but this site doesn't show any lyrics with javascript disabled. Since lyrics are just static text, they don't need javascript enabled. Forcing people to enable javascript is a ploy to run security-compromising code. Or if it isn't, is still avoidable when one makes a lyrics website. Some good ones out there manage this fine. I disable my ad-blocker on them out of respect - and no problems.
