Безопасен ли mangafox.com?

There are viruses all over. In the ads and even in some of the manga. I do not recommend this site in the slightest. The admins don't help and just tell you get what you probably already have. The viruses are in the ads and will get you if even if you don't click. Just don't go.

The overall site is decent with plenty of manga updated daily. Their choice of partners for serving their ADs are not however. Every now and then there is an ad with a drive by peice of malware or some other script wanting to load into your computer. For regular visits to the site I highly recommend using Firefox with AdBlock Plus to prevent the ads loading entirely. I would recommend not allowing younger children to view this page alone, there are plenty of manga hosted on this site that is clearly intended for a more mature audience.

I really want to like this site, but they really should have better protection. Avast reporting constant blocked attacks from the image file, resulting in the image not displayed. Sister got a virus once from Mangafox. I have Adblock Plus enabled, so ads are definitely not causing the problem.

I used to use this site on a regular basis, and NEVER clicked the ads. However, when one day I decided to run a full computer scan, OVER 500 VIRUSES were detected. Once I stopped using the site, I never got another virus again. Also, many of the series are being hosted here illegally and against author wishes.

THIS SITE IS BAD!! Trust me on this, when i fist started reading manga i used this site all the time!! after i ruined my first laptop i cut down to mangafox, onemanga and facebook. After i ruined my second laptop i cut down to mangafox and facebook i was pretty sure this site was bad but to read some manga i to keep up with bleach and naruto but soon i had a virus again. any use on this website fills your computer with viruses!! at the time i was 15 and very slow on this stuff, now i try to be super safe on this stuff ... don't make the same mistakes I did .... this site is bad!! If you want a good site i would personally say that ***** is good (MUCH better than mangafox), if you have an add blocker, I have firefox and got the add blocker to make sure i never click on the adds (as the adds can give you viruses)

as long as you have adblock plus, it is completely safe to go on the site. when i first went on, i had no knowledge of things like mywot and stuff like that. i ended up with 67 viruses (not all from this site, some were from mangareader and manga.animea) on had to replace the hardrive on my computer. after that, i downloaded mozilla firefox, and downloaded the mywot and adblock plus addons and have been browsing the site for going on 6 months and haven't had a problem since. the site itself is safe. the only problem is the ads.

A good site with evil evil adverts. Don't use without an ad blocker or antivirus. ever. there's also many mangas with only a mature content warning that anybody could click on (not that i really care). It's a good website with a large manga selection, but recently, they had a lot of problems with copyright and had to remove a lot of their stuff.
