The game is great for a F2P game model, however, like others have stated, the community can be questionable and the support service can be slow at times. Hackers and exploiters are also an issue from time to time (it makes earning game currency tough sometimes) and the player market is for the godly rich (no really, it pretty much is).

Sure, it's a good game, but the website, customer service is TERRIBLE! You wait weeks, months, even years to get a customer support ticket answered. And they censor you on the forums if they think you post something "sensitive" like a Twitter account or a YouTube page.

Bad game! They have horrible customer service, I got hacked twice and not coming back. I reported it but how long they took to respond? 2-3 months, but I was lucky, other people take at least 4-7 months to get responded! If you want to play a game with better services, much more fun then Maplestory or any Nexon games,play League Of Legends! They have over 32 million players. Try yourself: *****
