The MPAA much like the RIAA took to suing innocent people based on faulty evidence and has a rating system that is really atrocious when you see the process in full. For instance, double standards are abound for ratings with regard to nudity in films especially when it comes to the sexes, a man nude will be given a higher and less desirable rating than a woman nude in the same scene doing the same actions. They have demonstrated they are unable to cope with technology and rather than embrace it and use it to further the distribution of media produced by their membership, they would rather try to kill it, break it and otherwise hobble it. Information on the site should be taken with care, they have been known to make false statements especially with regard to piracy statistics equating a download with a lost sale without any consideration of other factors and attributing a lost money amount far beyond sane reasoning.
