The best site for flash on the internet without a doubt, an excellent resource if you're looking for people skilled in the program. Lots of resources, tutorials, preloaders...overall a fairly excellent site. Contains some annoying ads and adult content, but these have been greatly improved and reduced from their previous state.

Flash portal, contains Flash movies, Flash games and music at the music portal. It does have some adult content, but they are mostly warned about. I'll stick this to Entertaining instead of Adult content, as it's not "full of porn". PS: This was the first Flash portal created, I think. It's also the biggest one these days.
