The on-line version of this science magazine is cutting-edge, has a global perspective, is accurate, and has a wry British wit. Their print version of the magazine does have annoying reliability issues (lost in the mail; damaged issues). I'm having a 7-week (and counting) dialog with their US-based distribution network. Missing issues. Damaged magazines. Their customer service, while replying to my emails promptly, are reluctant to credit my account. If this continues, I might have to switch over to their 100% digital content.
