Безопасен ли pdftoword.com?

I tried it out. You send them a PDF file and then they will convert it and send it to your E-mail. I downloaded the Word document in the E-mail, scanned it with anti-virus and anti-malware programs and nothing came up. I opened the document in Word (2010) and edited it then I saved it. Nothing was wrong afterwards, no viruses, malware or any other bad things... It's a small simple site. NOTE though, they will send you news etc. if you don't check it off on their website. Other than that, great.

Online service by Nitro (nitropdf.com) for converting PDF files to and from DOC/DOCX format. It's offered as free service, but nothing is free. They want to sell their Nitro Pro software. Please keep that in mind. Then you can enjoy their freeconverting service.

Bait & switch. They show up at the top in Google as a "100% free" pdf2word service; you upload a file and give them your email address so they can send you the conversion; then you get a window that says the usual BS, "Due to a high level of volume ..." blah blah, "it will be several hours before we'll deliver your file..." but you can BUY this software ... Why do people still think it's advantageous to be slimy? I don't get it. Do they think I'll ever go back to their site? And, if they use my email address to send me stuff, how do they think their smarminess reflects on the 3rd party "offers" I'll undoubtedly get?

I gave them my fake email, because I did't belive them, so that was great. when you recive spam from them, just reply, it's more anoying to them... if anyone need pdf to word converter, just google it, I downloaded free , it's called "free PDF to Word doc converter" !
