Безопасен ли photonotice.com?

Okay so on the website there was a convenience fee of $2.95, which is kind of like whatever, but then there was a tiny icon that said it accepts Visa or Mastercard, which is not really a problem, but then when I entered a Discover card payment for a hundred dollars, it closed the payment page without saying so much of a "Does not accept Discover card payments." I checked my email- nothing, I checked on the page just to make sure that it received the payment and made the payment again to make sure it went through. This time, too, it didn't let a user know anything that would let someone know what the problem is. It gave me some anxiety as to what I can check to know if it went through or not, and then luckily I noticed those little icons that says Visa and Mastercard, and THEN the website lets me know that I made the payment. It's a trivial detail to have to miss the payment date and pay $35 extra, when they should let people know that something they entered was wrong. Other than that the service seems okay, even though I feel it's a little silly to focus on one particular traffic rule so much.

Traffic Cam site to see photos/videos of your traffic offense caught by Red Light cams. It sucks to find a traffic ticket in the the mail because of these devices, but I can't give the website a negative review because of it. No spam/malware/trojans from visiting the site, just a reminder that I got a ticket. Actually thought the security on the site was a bit over the top, but on the flipside, I feel that my "privacy" has been safeguarded, ie. no one else can see that videos/pictures that doesn't have my info.
