The site and software are safe, entertaining, and pretty innovative. I've read that Pluto can be bundled with other software, but it's not malware. I recommend the service to cord-cutters. It's a pretty great, free, alternative to cable.

The site wont even load without cookies first enabled. Then after temporarily allowing them the layout wasn't fully visable without extra scrolling.
WOT probably needs a "bad physical design" category too.
