paid for full version, over 24 hours later still no regestration code to use cant contact a will not let me register an account this is dodgey crooks stay away

PortForward failed to configure my router. When I tried to contact their support using my email address and the password(key) they sent me, the support system failed to allow me to login or request support or a refund. When I sent the bank a request for a refund, PortForward disputed the request saying I never tried to contact their support staff. There seems to be no way to contact them. This software is bogus and the company appears to be a SCAM.

Downloaded PFPortChecker and stupidly clicked straight though the T&C screens. Ended up with a selection of malware: DeltaSearch (search engine hijacker) Wallpaper changer (??) TopArcadeHits (adware.gamevance) Those hijacked the search engine in all my browsers (Chrome, FF and IE) and added in the TopArcadeHits ad pop-up generator also. Not sure what the Wallpaper changer thing was. To get rid of all I had to revert to a previous restore point and then scan with Malwarebytes just in case. These things appear to be pretty benign as far as malware goes (they do have uninstall options), but are most definitely not the sort of stuff you expect a reputable product to install and it just leaves you wondering if anything else is hidden in with them. Use at your own risk!

Do NOT install their router detector, it installs the malicious PC Optimizer Pro along with some other third party spyware. But if you don't believe me, click the above link and download their router detector. I dare you. I'm sorry Mr Ceo, but your website is indeed distributing viruses.

I am the site owner for portforward.com and I can assure you that we are not malicious and do not distribute viruses. The report on freepcsecurity is flat out wrong and I am fighting with them about it now to get it removed. Check out our forum and community and you'll see that we are an honest business just trying to help our customers out.
