Безопасен ли primus.ca?

In MB, Canada Primus became to expensive for me: THEY added a bunch of new charges: Monthly recurring charge $8.50 Network Monthly Charge $5.45 and still charging by the minute on top of those other charges . . . ( What used to be a good deal became TO expensive)
