I am going to give it light green because it appears that while it itself probably isn't doing anything wrong- it appears to be used on many shady sites.
Apparently they don't do screening. Anything for the money...

Provides online support to customers of many merchandise vendors. I use it for H. Fox & Company's, Websteraunt Store's web purchasing app. H. Fox & Co. is a 104 year old company, mostly know for its U-bet sirups.
It seems, commenters are spuriously identifying <providesupport.com> with good sites as well as nefarious sites. Comment on and rate the offending site and not <providesupport.com>.

So far so good. The reason, i my opinion, why this site may be bad is because people take advantage of the low monthly cost and use this live chat software for bad sites, which may not reflect on the actual website itself. Personally, I think this website is fine, but time will tell.

My company uses this site for live chat services. They have been a good vendor so far and the service works well. I haven't seen any evidence that there are any trust issues.

Provides more than "live chat software"
They store images used by Phishing sites such as FAKE online pharmacies.
Many HTTP referrer requests from a multitude of Russian-based "pharmacies" use this URL to draw graphics from when loading their sites.
