These guys do not take their role as a registrar seriously. How they can still be ICANN accredited is a mystery to me. In my particular case the registrant (owner) of a domain was changed. Whether accidentally or not I do not know but that cannot happen. To reverse that mistake, again, it all went behind the scenes, no former process seems to be in place.
