I like this website and I read some articles about psychology once in a while. On my work - I get a lot of stress and I feel like my life is hard sometimes. But with reading about spirituality, I started to realize that this is just what I do to myself, and that I can just stop worrying about my work and all other problems. Sometimes I feel anger or anxiety as well, but now I reflect on it.

Too many pseudoscientific articles. You can find articles about spirituality on here. That is very unscientific. Also, you will find that ADHD doesn't exist in some articles, but that it is caused by toxins in others. That is more like alternative medicine than evidenced based medicine.

It is good- but when it comes to psychology expect that opinions are going to be all over the place. Things will range from good to garbage. Users should weigh the information and think it over- just like everywhere else. Lastly, like just about every site these days it has plenty of trackers to block.

Apart from the fact that website never opens, it has wrong information about practically everything. It's backed by no real research and propagates myths. Many of the 'facts' stated in this website (which's basically concocted) can be proven wrong by real research done by universities.
