Totally disagree, Selling in Game money/items for Real money is against World of Warcraft Policy & carry's an Instant Lifetime Ban for both seller & buyer as it is gaining an unfair advantage. It also damages the in game economy, plus most stuff sold is from hacked acc's. This is just pure wrong & I have reported this activity in my guild calander to Blizz.
