I attempted to buy from this website, but they are clearly illegal. After getting my payment from paypal, and calling me to verify that I was a real person, they refused to send the funds because: Zhang (00:54:03): You are 50 years old, generally speaking, our customers are most of young players, sorry for the offence Zhang (00:54:16): So we need to get more verification This is discrimination, and illegal. You cannot make exceptions based on not being young. This company is completely out of line. The only thing they have any right to care about is if I'm over 18 (meaning allowed to spend the money)- they have no business at all, and are breaking the law by discriminating against older players.

Cancelled my order because chat rep made dumb questions... After I verified my full name, order number, last 4 digits of CC, payment method (paypal) Paypal ID transaction, and was EVEN logged into my account on RPGstash website (so he could obviously see my name and birthday info) He just asked "when is your birthday?" Really? Next question was going to be what was my first pet's name? That kind of questions made the site feel fishy and seemed like he just wanted to grab my personal data (even after I gave all correct transaction info) Only after I said, in sarcasm, that I was 67, he said he just needed to confirm I was old enough to have my own cc, then he said a 67 cannot make purchases alone and that I needed to send my documents lmao, so if I actually had been 60 I would have needed to send a selfie with today's paper and my ID next to me to prove I was my age? Just to buy 2KK on Tibia? NOT RECOMMENDED, honestly felt like the chat rep just want to get personal info, only after I was hestitant to gave it to him he said it was to make sure I was 18, because a 17 year old cant say he is 18 right? And why ask me to fill my bday info when making the purchase if they are not going to use it or believe me? Too much trouble for some virtual game money, and chat rep stopped answering once I said I wanted to leave feedback saying he was the reason I was cancelling, so he obviously wanted to avoid the whole situation
