The best url shortner out there. Simple and I love the editing. Not sure what the spam and phishing comments are about. Since 2009 the spam protection of snipr is much better than other even leading shorteners. There's a page on the site to submit spam, or I can email to abuse@snipurl.com. And it's all automatically removed. They also seem to use the top RBLs like spamhaus and SURBL so it already prevents a lot of spam.

So far, this is the best URL shortening service I've ever used. Though many people abuse it for spam and scams, just like any other URL shortening service... it does not mean snipurl.com is a bad site.
