I've personally ordered 500 followers in Mars of 2014 from soundcloudviral. The order was not completed until more than month later (even though they explicitly state that it shouldn't take more than a week for them to complete an order), and only a week after completion the delivered followers just disappeared and I was left with nothing. After contacting them by mail and by offline messaging on their site and getting no answer I managed to get in touch with their "service" while their chat was online.
