This website is a fitness community website. It's useful and informative for anyone wanting to become and/or stay fit and healthy. At the same time, it protects the privacy of its members. It does not share email account or personal information with any of the many vendors that help sustain the website.

This site provides a free supportive, informative venue to 'spark' (motivate) people toward healthy goals. They have been accurate in their product descriptions and prompt in delivery. My identity hasn't been phished. You can mark an entry as inappropriate and action is taken. They do have advertisers and an occasional pop-up if your arrow goes over some of the ads. Although this can be annoying at worst, the site is well worth the small annoyance!
