Update and typo fix! not 100% sure but I think they sell your phone to other people. I think what cross my line is when a scammer got my phone number! overall, it is good cheap phone plan with risk! think before buying! highly recommend google Fi if you have the money and tips with google fi, use little date if you can save you lot more than this phone plan! --------Update stop here, all info under is old--------- ok, their server offer very little protects on your phone. if you buy a $120 and drop it in the same week and break it. they WILL NOT REPLACE IT! as for good server when you do not tie into a server and you can quit anytime you want. the only reason I think this server is good that you don't have 2yrs plan or whatever it is. if anything they should offer a better protects plan. WARNING: New phone have a glass screen. if you drop it. a little pic of glass can get in your hand and cut you up. the phone is deemed unsafe!

AWFUL ALL AROUND. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Service never worked and won't refund it.

I have had service from Straight Talk for over 2 years and had very little to no problems with them. My advice to anyone looking for customer service from them, if you have an issue, would be going to their Facebook page. On their Facebook page, their is normally always someone their waiting to help you. Through their Facebook page, they had my Fiance's phone upgrade setup in minutes at like 12am at night, and the phone service closed at like 9 PM or so.

These people are fucking idiots. Using same credit card I used last month, this month it fails.... hits my credit card as a temporary auth, but on their site it FAILS.... and they have NO IDEA why! I have spent over 3 hours on the phone.... people in the phillipines, people in the usa.... NOT ONE of them have a clue what they are doing! this company is USELESS and a SCAM.

Customer service isn't ALL that great. But it's still a decent phone service for cheap. I've been using it for about a year now and it does me good. They now actually have a pretty good list of phones, but the only downside is you pay for the phone in full. Overall a good company and trustworthy.

ordered 8/3, got confirrmation 8/6, sill waiting for email with tracking info as of 8/9. Trying to call the company is a joke. IF you can get through, you get someone in the phillipines, who SPEAKS english, but does not understand it. This company may have good phones, but their service is terrible.
