Безопасен ли t-mobile.com?

This Company (t-mobile) is very rude, as I have gotten numerous rudeness from customer service representative! I was also given the wrong information about an internet device that I had connected. If I would have known the so called correct information which the corporate business located in San Diego, CA and the customer Rep over the phone both gave me the same information (so called wrong information) when I activated the device. The following day I was given different information and had I known that, I would have went with a different internet provider! In short T-Mobile is a joke and an absolute headache of troubles to deal with! Oh, they also took advantage of my elderly father, as he knew nothing about electronic devices and how they operate and how their plans work. He was given the most expensive everything and he was taken advantage of by T-Mobile employees! I tried to help him, but T-Mobile (the Greedy company) refused to do anything about it or their rotten employees! It is apparent that they are just as bad as their employees to allow that to happen! Ever since this company got the new president there, this company has been going down hill fast! In short the suck the scum from the earth (they are what they eat)! So if you like trouble and love drama in your life and what a bad company, this is the one!

Under "Actions That Incur Premium Service Charges" … "Your phone number is visible on a website and a third-party company has phished your information." Under "How to Stop These Services" … "Be careful about where your phone number appears on the Internet." So you will get billed, non-refundable, if anyone, anywhere, anytime wants to scam you from your phone number they dug-up from the internet. I'm so glad I'm not their customer! Billed me for 2 months after I closed the account and stopped using service. I saw that they were still billing me, and they told me that they could not give me a refund for the 2 months previous. They did say that they would stop billing me. I closed the account because they gave me a # that was long distance from my home, and could not provide a local # that my mom could call me, without long distance fees.
