The content of the site is really great though it is aimed at the post-collegiate crowd. Some content is inappropriate for children, at least without a parental primer on gender/sex/politics. The only real issue is that the advertising on this website is atrocious and pervasive. I've gotten pop-ups to update my Flash plugin from a non-Adobe affiliated website. There's also social media tracking. The design is ad heavy in such a way that it will affect browser performance. There are also some auto-playing flash ads on occasion. The editors who run the site are great. Whoever's doing the business side of things is not doing it in the spirit of the website's thoughtful and egalitarian ethos.
