Безопасен ли thegrid.io?

I bought into the hype of thegrid.io the video looked cool and the website. Finally got into my account and have to say that I am not impressed with the product. #buyerbeware I think they over sold it and now I feel like a bit of a sucker. I don't even understand how to use it.

Looks too good to be true. There is still no demo or list of functionalities and yet they started to collect money. It should be done through kickstarter or something... Don't know what the final product will be, if anything. Web development looks easy at first glance and there were already ideas like that ("let's make an automated website builder"). I even worked on one of those. And it's pretty hard stuff when you come into details. Plus when you want to add any kind of randomness into process (so templates will be all unique) then you get to know that space of possible layouts, colours choices etc. is vast and only very very small percent of it are layouts, colours etc. that look good (not even awesome, just good enough) and it is not that simple to automate how to distinct good from bad and horrible. I actually think that it can be automated but wouldn't bet any bigger money on any project like that without prove that there is a very good team that can do it, risk is pretty high.

until now they don´t have any service to offer: - there is no demo site available - no company information available on the website - no launching date available ***** is asking for a full year of payment upfront without a definite launch date or product trial/demo. They collect money and you really don´t know what you are buying and if or when you get something. If they go offline, you lost your money. be carefull - very suspicious
