Been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Shipping has always only taken a day or two from order placement to arrival at the door, customer service is great, all refurbished products have been long lasting.

I shop Tiger direct all the time. I love everything about this site. Products it has to offer, Video demos, etc. Good customer experience and delivery when they said it will be delivered.

Good? I don't think so...customer service was very unhelpful. I wanted to buy just 2 of one item and they had (unadvertised) limits. Plus their shipping is outrageous!! ***** is much better!!!
