Безопасен ли tomtop.com?

Order at your own risk and only through PayPal. I ordered headphones - I got it. Ordered the player for $ 220 - not even sent. The forum posts "when will it be sent?" is removed. Tech support just does not answer. There is no built-in dispute system, only through PayPal. Disgusting quality of service.

заказал у них бур за 1700 руб товар не получил писал им на почту никто не отвечает писал им на форум тупо удаляют и сообщения мои и темы мои (пишу им почиму не доставили товар - они удаяют , спрашиваю как вернуть деньги - они удаляют , спрашиваю почиму вы удаляете мои сообщения - они удают) писал в транспортную компанию что доставляла мой заказ тоже молчок сплошное свинство и неадекватность отправил им порядка 50 сообщений за почти 4 недели !!!! выкладывал им свой телефон свою почту свой адрес жительства никакой реакции чтобы связаться со мной платил через яндекс и к ним в конце и обратился в данный момент они расматривают вариант возвращать или нет

TOMTOP.COM usually deliver what you buy, but never give them your good email address because they sell them to email SPAM companies, and you email box will be full of SPAM every day. I did this mistake, giving them an email address that I had created the day before, and now it's full of SPAM every day. I never gave it to anyone but TOMTOP.COM, so they're the only place that could have misused my email address.

I can't believe my stupidity. I actually bought from a spammer! now I get tons of SPAM from these people and have yet to receive the phone that I purchased from them online. Unsubscribing is futile as they have other similar sites that they share your email with. So if you unsubscribe form one you just get more spam from another! This is a spammer site. Do not trust any spammer. tomtop.com is related to ***** - both are spammers.

I have ordered and received products numerous times with no problems. Just like all Chinese made products, sometimes the quality of the picture exceeds the quality of the product, but that is the nature of buying on the web. I do get regular sale notices but value them since they save me money on purchases. I did have a problem with one item that made it unusable and, when I brought it to their attention, they promptly refunded my money and did not ask me to return it.

I don't understand why reviewers rate this site as scam. Well, in my experience (I've made 4 purchases), the delivery might take longer (nearly one month) because of its departure location (china), yet I always had a tracking number, the products were well delivered and when I had questions, there was always someone to answer me. The only black mark is the presence of Ads and some products (related to nudity or intimacy) that are not suited for children.
