Безопасен ли trendmicro.com?

Trendmicro are the people who make HiJack This, one of the best system scanners and malware removal tools available. Their programs will all be good, as are their forums where people can ask questions, get help to fix problems etc from those in the know. I've not used any of their products except HJT so have not left a score for that section, BUT their terms and conditions allow them way too much levity to do what they like with our data. Whether or not they DO pass on our details, I don't know, but their T's and C's permit them to do almost anything with our info. This makes their programs potentially as dangerous as the malware we're trying to remove. Approach with caution.

This website is owned and operated by Trend Micro Inc. It provides a very nice anti-virus program and is trusted by reputable companies such as VirusTotal and Microsoft. It is a member of the Microsoft Active Protections Program. Safe website and products. Highly recommended.

Site state they provide browsing safety through their "Site Safety Center". But when active Phishing attempts are on a site and reported to them, they still reply and rate the site is safe! Several sites have been reported to them which still have active phishing pages and they still reply and rate them as safe. Guess they figure that if the main page of a site shows no threats the entire site is safe. Use with uncertainty, then check a site with ***** verify it.

Der Virenscanner ist echt gut, aber der Spamfilter taugt leider keinen Schuss Pulver! Man kann Absender in die "White-List" eintragen und 100 Mal auf "Kein Spam" klicken und dennoch landet die Mail im Spam-Ordner! Das ist kurzum gesagt: SCHEISSE Aussage von TredMicro Service: Deinstallieren und neu installieren! Danach geht es drei Tage, dann wieder nicht! Neue Aussage von TrendMicro: Na? Wie solls anders sein? Deinstallieren und neu installieren! Soll ich das vielleicht alle 3 Tage machen? Vollblödsinn! Man sollte Software, die in keiner Weise ausgereift ist, nicht verkaufen! So etwas kann man höchstens verschenken und dazu taugt es noch zu wenig!
